{"id":787820,"date":"2020-11-05T15:26:44","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T13:26:44","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2020-11-06T14:49:03","modified_gmt":"2020-11-06T12:49:03","slug":"zustrich-asotsiatsiyi-z-dms-ta-minfinom-shhodo-zagalnoyi-deklaratsiyi-prybuttya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/zustrich-asotsiatsiyi-z-dms-ta-minfinom-shhodo-zagalnoyi-deklaratsiyi-prybuttya\/","title":{"rendered":"EBA Meeting with the State Customs Service and the Ministry of Finance on the general declaration of arrival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Today, November 5, there was an open discussion on the state of preparation for the introduction of the general declaration of arrival at the customs (GDA) on the platform of the EBA Customs Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Together with the management of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Director of the Customs Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the participants discussed the requirements of the Customs Code of Ukraine on GDA, the implementation of GDA for different modes of transport, legal liability for non-submission of GDA or incompleteness\/inconsistency of the information given in the UPCD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The participants of the meeting also heard answers and explanations to the most common questions regarding the implementation of the declaration, namely:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Who is responsible for submitting the GDA?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Who, other than the carrier, can file a GDA on behalf of the carrier?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">How many GDAs can be submitted per transport vehicle?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What language to use when filling in GDA?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Is it possible for cargo to enter the customs territory of Ukraine without GDA?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">You can learn the answers to these and other questions in the video of the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jH44UpP2GtY?feature=emb_title&amp;ab_channel=EuropeanBusinessAssociationUkraine\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The European Business Association is sincerely grateful to all representatives of government authorities who joined the meeting &#8211; Yevhen Entis, Oleksandr Moskalenko, Vladislav Suvorov, Oleksandr Ivashkovich, Oleksandr Fedoryshyn, Ruslan Kolomiyets, Valeriy Tsibulskiy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Another meeting on this topic is scheduled for next week for the EBA member companies.
