As the weather conditions are now favourable, and, given last years\u2019 experience, they may remain so throughout the winter season, the business urges not to stop shipping on the Dnieper.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<div class=\"blockquote-custom-big animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Daria_Sichkar.jpg\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"name\">Daria Sichkar<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"position\">Manager of the EBA Logistics Committee<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"blockquote-custom\">\n\t\t\t\t The shipping should not be stopped without sufficient reasons for this, or else it may lead to a significant shortfall in Ukraine\u2032s financial revenues to the budget and negatively affect the country\u2032s image, as well as the flow of international investments.\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The possibility of changing the date for opening and closing the navigation due to meteorological conditions is provided in the Order \u211656 of the Maritime Administration &#8220;On opening navigation on navigable hydraulic structures of the Dnipro River in 2020&#8221; of March 6, 2020.
