Yesterday, on March 12, the list of checkpoints that would suspend certain types of traffic was released. It was mentioned that the restrictions would apply to the operation of cargo seaports, as well as rail freight traffic at some major checkpoints. At the same time, the final approved list has not yet been published.<\/p>\n<p>The European Business Association informs the business that freight traffic through the checkpoints with the largest flows of goods, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/news\/yak-pracyuvatimut-punkti-propusku-na-chas-karantinu?fbclid=IwAR28k6n1XyNFN5ndrMn6WJJpSiBsEydNWntAtCnVx-E9i5qmaFZQXoiVxgQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to the CMU<\/a>, will continue to work. At the same time, businesses are advised to choose the checkpoints that are the main connection points of Ukraine with other countries. In addition, it is reasonable to monitor measures taken by other countries against the spread of infection, as checkpoints can be closed not only by the Ukrainian side.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"blockquote-custom-big animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Svitlana_Mykhailovska-1.jpg\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"name\">Svitlana Mykhailovska<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"position\">EBA Deputy Director for Advocacy<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"blockquote-custom\">\n\t\t\t\tOf course, given the situation with coronavirus, the business community understands the necessity of tough, but important, precautionary measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in the country and to ensure proper safety for citizens.
