The meeting of the Customs Committee of EBA Kharkiv was dedicated to the issues of customs control of food and feed transport across the Ukrainian borders. Igor Lotskin,<\/strong> <\/em>The Deputy Head of the Southern Regional Service of State Veterinary and Sanitary Control, explained the rules and procedures regarding food product inspection.<\/div>\n

Special attention was given to the certification of the imported products of animal origin according to Order N1329 of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine (https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/z0687-20#Text<\/a><\/span>).<\/div>\n

Customs Consultant Vira Nosova<\/strong> <\/em>announced the opportunity of the automatic export registration without Inspector\u2019s supervision. She invited the companies to participate in this pilot project. The procedure of automatic registration reduces the time of clearance from 4 hours down to 15-20 minutes and eliminates corruption. So, the reforming of the State Customs Service is going on which makes customs clearance more efficient for the market operators.<\/div>\n
