In 2019 attractive salaries &amp; benefits, work-life balance, and job security remain the top three most important offerings the global workforce seeks from their ideal employer. IT, Technology and Communications remains the most attractive labor sector worldwide<\/p>\n<p>In Eastern Europe, 20 % of the respondents changed their employer in 2019 and 32 % have voiced such intentions in 2020. The job \u201cswitchers\u201d found their new employer through personal connections\/referrals (53 %), job portals, or Google.<\/p>\n<p>The participants of the panel shared their experience and insights regarding working during the quarantine.
