At the beginning of this year it happened again and we asked our experts to evaluate the court system of Ukraine in 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/EBA-Court-Index_2017_EN.pdf\">View the Presentation<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In general we received 54 responses from lawyers. In addition, we also asked top-managers (139 in the firts half of 2017 and 78 in the second half of 2017) in the framework of our Investment Attractiveness index about their general evaluation of the court system in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The new index rate is 2,4 points of possible 5. The result of the previous research slightly differs. It was 2,43 of possible 5 points.<\/p>\n<p>Such stability caused by the absence of visible steps towards court system rerofm in Ukraine.
