On November 5, the\u00a0PR Hub of the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association<\/strong>\u00a0brought PR professionals together for a meeting dedicated to the topic\u00a0\u201cHOW TO: staying united in a world of differences.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The discussion focused on what truly matters \u2014 how to build a global employer brand strategy that is honest, clear, and equally meaningful across culturally diverse markets.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39\u00a0Iryna Koshyk<\/strong>, Head of Employer Brand at\u00a0SoftServe<\/strong>, shared a deep and highly practical case on developing the company\u2019s renewed global EVP.<\/p>\n

As an international company with teams in dozens of countries, SoftServe faced the challenge of unity in diversity as a core element of its employer brand transformation.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udde9\u00a0Research at scale.<\/strong>\u00a0Iryna explained how SoftServe conducted large scale research across multiple markets using a unified methodology, enabling the company to identify real employee needs rather than assumptions.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udde9\u00a0A people centered perspective.<\/strong>\u00a0Participants gained insight into how the company analyzed needs, barriers, and motivation drivers of teams in different countries, and how these insights shaped a single global employer promise.<\/p>\n
