On January 5, 2026, the TEFFI legal team joined the ADER HABER Law Firm.<\/span><\/p>\n This move is aimed at strengthening ADER HABER\u2019s position in the legal services market by combining the firm\u2019s many years of comprehensive practice with TEFFI\u2019s deep expertise in corporate law and M&A.<\/span><\/p>\n Joining ADER HABER is TEFFI\u2019s Managing Partner, Igor Kryzhanovskyi<\/strong>, who will assume the position of Partner and Head of the Corporate Law and M&A Practice at the firm.<\/span><\/p>\n Igor Kryzhanovskyi has over 20 years of legal experience. He has earned a recognized professional reputation in corporate and M&A law, as well as in handling complex litigation.
