EBA Dnipro<\/strong> held an online lecture dedicated to the International Philosophy Day, together with Oleksandr and Inna Shatalovich<\/strong>, a philosopher and professor, who skillfully immersed the participants in the multifaceted world of love and its role in creativity and business.<\/p>\n

The speakers outlined the spectrum of love, revealing its philosophical and psychological dimensions, and showed how its different forms: Eros, Agape, Philia and Storge<\/strong> affect human relationships, team dynamics, creativity and cohesion in a professional environment.<\/p>\n

Special attention was paid to the formation of relationships based on trust and a sense of security<\/strong>, which become the foundation of emotional stability, cooperation and a healthy team culture. The speakers emphasized that love can be not only an emotional impulse, but also a powerful resource for developing partnerships, support and professional growth.<\/p>\n

Participants also took part in a practical exercise on reflecting on their own values. They wrote down the names of people they were helping or would like to help, choosing a color for each person that reflected their emotional connection.
