On December 17, 2025, the final meeting of the Odesa Regional Tripartite Socio-Economic Council<\/strong> took place, bringing together representatives of regional authorities, trade unions, and employers\u2019 organizations.<\/p>\n

The discussion focused on key socio-economic issues affecting the region\u2019s stability and business development, including:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the state of wage payments and compliance with labor legislation at enterprises across the region;<\/li>\n
  • implementation of grant and government programs supporting business, including opportunities for modernization and innovation;<\/li>\n
  • strengthening social dialogue at the community level to ensure effective coordination between authorities, business, and trade unions;<\/li>\n
  • the process of defining \u201ccritical\u201d enterprises and reserving key infrastructure employees to maintain uninterrupted operation of essential economic sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The issue of obtaining critical status for enterprises in the Odesa region remains highly relevant. As noted by Kostiantyn Zhuravel, Head of the Association of Employers\u2019 Organizations of the Odesa Region<\/strong>, dialogue between business and government must be as open as possible, and the mechanisms for determining enterprise criticality should be transparent and clearly understood by the business community.<\/p>\n

    Special attention was devoted to business support tools. Oleksii Dmytrenko, Director of the Department of Economy of the Odesa Regional Military Administration<\/strong>, provided an update on the implementation of regional and national programs for business development, opportunities for financing production modernization, implementation of innovative projects, and equipment upgrades.<\/p>\n

    Kateryna Morozova, Head of the Southern Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association (EBA)<\/strong>, also took part in the meeting, contributing to the discussion and providing the business perspective on the issues raised.<\/p>\n

    Participants emphasized that constructive cooperation between government, business, and trade unions is crucial for preserving jobs, supporting entrepreneurship, restoring the region\u2019s economic and social infrastructure, and strengthening the overall economic resilience of the Odesa region.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
