This was a cross-border deal spanning eight jurisdictions \u2013 Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Our team advised on the Ukrainian law matters relating to the acquisition of the Ukrainian target, LTD “MERCOR UKRAINE”.<\/p>\n
