\nAt the request of Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0advising Likewize,\u00a0Gestors conducted due diligence\u00a0on specific Ukrainian labour law matters in connection with the acquisition and advised\u00a0on potential risks of reclassifying contractual relationships between a Ukrainian private entrepreneur and the foreign acquirer as de facto employment.
