11, a roundtable discussion on \u201cCorporate Communications During the Full-Scale War\u201d was held, organized by the European Business Association\u2019s Marketing and Communications Committee in cooperation with<strong> the University of Zurich<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"484\">The discussion brought together heads of PR functions, communication managers, representatives of PR agencies, and researchers of the communications market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"645\">During the meeting, participants shared the current challenges they face in the field of corporate communications, as well as strategies for overcoming them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"934\">The discussion focused on several key topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"934\">\u00a0how the full-scale war has transformed leadership and what qualities a CEO should demonstrate today;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"934\">how to build effective communication with internal stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"934\">and how to communicate social projects to external audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1117\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">We are sincerely grateful to our colleagues from the University of Zurich for their initiative and co-organization of the event, and to
