According<\/a> to the conclusion of the auditing company AC Crowe Ukraine, which is a member of the international network Crowe Global\u2014one of the world\u2019s top ten auditing and consulting networks\u2014no evidence was found during the audit to indicate any non-compliance by JSC \u201cMarket Operator\u201d with the requirements of the DAM\/IDM Rules approved by the Resolution of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) dated March 14, 2018, No. 308.<\/p>\nThe auditors verified the technological and organizational processes related to the submission by DAM\/IDM participants of bids and other permanent and periodic data defined by the DAM\/IDM Rules, as well as the processes applied by the Market Operator and its software to such data, in order to ensure compliance with the established requirements.<\/p>\n
Independent auditors confirmed the full compliance of JSC \u201cMarket Operator\u201d operations, emphasizing the high level of internal control and the conformity of all business processes with regulatory requirements. The obtained conclusion reaffirms trust in the Market Operator as an entity that ensures fair, competitive, and transparent trading conditions in the spot segments of Ukraine\u2019s electricity market.<\/p>\n
