The European Business Association<\/strong>, in partnership with the \u201cTr\u00e8s Fran\u00e7ais\u201d restaurant network<\/strong>, invites HR professionals to take part in the exclusive Mentorship Programme 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The mentor of the programme will be Ms. Nataliya Nevyadomska<\/strong>, Managing Partner of the \u201cTr\u00e8s Fran\u00e7ais\u201d restaurant and catering network, an experienced mentor and consultant in leadership and personal development. Ms. Nataliya will gladly take three (3) mentees under her wing and begin working with them as early as December 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Programme Format and Value<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each participant will receive three (3) individual mentoring sessions<\/strong>, tailored to their professional needs. During these meetings, Ms. Nataliya will share her unique experience, strategic insights, and provide practical answers to your most relevant questions.<\/p>\n

The sessions will take place in an informal and inspiring setting \u2014 over breakfast, lunch, or dinner \u2014 at one of the \u201cTr\u00e8s Fran\u00e7ais\u201d restaurants.<\/p>\n

Participation in this programme is free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  2. Submit a short but meaningful motivation letter (up to 400 words) explaining your interest in the programme, the results you expect from mentorship, and the current professional challenge you wish to address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Application deadline:<\/strong> 21 November 2025<\/p>\n

    After reviewing all applications and motivation letters, Ms. Nataliya will personally select three most motivated and goal-oriented HR professionals.<\/p>\n

    Programme Start:<\/strong> 1 December 2025<\/p>\n

    The first meeting with each of the selected participants will take place in December, helping to outline individual development plans and goals, and to lay the foundation for new solutions and steps together with an experienced mentor.<\/p>\n
