This tool instantly identifies the appropriate service based on your life situation \u2014 whether you\u2019re welcoming a new child or launching a business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No more searching for information about public services \u2014 simply ask your question in the portal\u2019s chat. The service was developed with contributions from experts at the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program, implemented by East Europe Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Available 24\/7, the AI assistant guides you through document preparation and helps verify data in official registers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can already request a certificate of income via chat, with more services to be added over time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>How Diia.AI Works<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The AI assistant matches services to your specific life circumstances. For instance, if you type \u201cMy house was damaged by shelling,\u201d it will recommend the eRestore service and explain how to use it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No passport, banking, or personal data is required \u2014 your interaction is safe and confidential. You can help improve its performance by asking questions, testing it with different queries, and leaving feedback directly in the chat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The launch of Diia.AI marks another milestone in Ukraine\u2019s journey toward becoming the world\u2019s most user-friendly digital state. While countries like Estonia, Singapore, the UK, France, and Japan have developed their own AI assistants, Ukraine is the first to introduce a national-scale AI assistant that not only provides consultations but also delivers ready-made services.
