SURVEY<\/strong><\/a><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are interchange fees (IRF) in simple terms?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When your customer pays by card in your shop:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Your bank (the acquiring bank), which provided you with the terminal, receives the money from your customer.<\/li>\n<li>Your customer\u2019s bank (the issuing bank), which issued the card, is entitled to a small fee.<\/li>\n<li>Your bank pays this fee to the customer\u2019s bank, this is the interchange fee.<\/li>\n<li>Part of this fee is passed on to you as a merchant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img
