I would like to share my personal experience of participating in the <strong>L\u2019Or\u00e9al Paris Women Entrepreneurs Support Program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last year, more than <strong>1,500 applications<\/strong> from women across Ukraine competed for the opportunity to receive a grant \u2014 and my project was among the <strong>top ten winners<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This became the starting point for launching <strong>\u201cProject 911\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 an initiative aimed at providing comprehensive protection for women facing domestic violence and creating an effective rapid response system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What did we achieve thanks to the L\u2019Or\u00e9al Paris grant?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1280px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-786318-1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" autoplay preload=\"auto\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_7772.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_7772.mp4\">https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_7772.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the past year, we have implemented a number of important initiatives that are now saving lives and changing destinies:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Opening of the 911 Situation Center<\/strong><br \/>\nA 24\/7 facility in Odesa and Odesa region that handles emergency calls, coordinates with response services, and provides remote support to survivors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Launch of Specialized Rapid Response Teams<\/strong><br \/>\nOur experts ensure physical protection, deliver first aid, and accompany survivors until specialized services arrive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Building partnerships with charities and NGOs<\/strong><br \/>\nThis allowed us to create a comprehensive assistance system where psychological, legal, and physical support are available simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Direct assistance to over 30 women<\/strong><br \/>\nWe provided psychological counseling, legal defense, relocation assistance, and resolution of critical conflict situations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mission of \u201cProject 911\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team has created an effective response mechanism that:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>saves lives;<\/li>\n<li>restores women\u2019s sense of safety;<\/li>\n<li>brings back inner peace;<\/li>\n<li>gives the chance to start a new life without fear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are not stopping here. Ahead lies the expansion of the project, new partnerships, training programs, and further improvements in both corporate and personal security.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Why does this matter for business?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corporate security starts with <strong>caring for people<\/strong>.<br \/>\nOur experience has shown that supporting such initiatives helps businesses build a strong brand, strengthen their reputation, and become part of a global community that fosters an environment of trust.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 720px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-786318-2\" width=\"720\" height=\"1280\" autoplay preload=\"auto\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_7762.mp4?_=2\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_7762.mp4\">https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG_7762.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A call to colleagues in the business community<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My advice to every woman entrepreneur and to every business:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Believe in your idea<\/strong>, even if the path to making it real seems difficult.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Don\u2019t be afraid to ask for support<\/strong> \u2014 grant programs truly change lives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seek partners<\/strong> who share your values and are ready to share responsibility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Act today<\/strong> \u2014 even the smallest steps bring you closer to great results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am sincerely grateful to <strong>L\u2019Or\u00e9al Paris<\/strong> for their trust, financial support, and belief in our project.
