On 20 June 2025, the Kyiv District Administrative Court dismissed all claims filed by a Ukrainian importer of Chinese products, TPP Gradient-Ukraine LTD, seeking to lift anti-dumping measures imposed on imports to Ukraine of wires from the People\u2019s Republic of China.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The court upheld the Decision No. AD-549\/2023\/441-01 dated 13 July 2023 issued by the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICIT) on the imposition of final anti-dumping measures on imports to Ukraine of wires originating from the People\u2019s Republic of China, which established the final anti-dumping duty at 32.6%. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Thus, the court found it necessary to protect the violated rights of domestic producers from dumped imports of goods into Ukraine, which caused significant damage to domestic producers, and confirmed the legality of the actions of the Ministry of Economy and the Commission, pointing to compliance with the established procedure, proper assessment of evidence and the validity of the conclusions that formed the basis for the decision to impose duties. The anti-dumping measures remain in force for five years from the date of their imposition.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
