On April 16, the Subsoil Use Committee of the European Business Association held a meeting with Oleh Bondarenko<\/strong>, Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the participants discussed pressing issues related to recent initiatives, including:<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Automatic extension of special subsoil use permits following the end of martial law;<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Transformation of certain types of special subsoil use permits;<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Development of a National Strategy for the industry, as well as incentives for the extraction and processing of mineral resources;<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Reservation of land plots for subsoil use needs;<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Access to subsoil areas located under forest cover;<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Holding auctions for the sale of special permits with a single bidder.<\/p>\n
