JTI Ukraine has been included in the ranking of the best employers in Ukraine according to Forbes Ukraine. The company ranked 31st out of 270 companies that took part in the study. This recognition is the result of consistent efforts to create a comfortable, safe and inclusive environment for employees.<\/p>\n

The ranking, conducted annually by Forbes Ukraine in partnership with Robota.ua, is based on a unique methodology. The study drew on responses from 47,743 employees, expert assessments from leading HR consultants, and data from open sources. In 2025, competition increased significantly: the average score among the top 50 rose, and the gap between the first and fiftieth positions narrowed to just 16 points.<\/p>\n

Companies were assessed against ten criteria, including employer branding, compensation, working conditions, benefits package, transparency, development opportunities, support during wartime, and equality.<\/p>\n
