Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), an American non-profit organisation, has acquired a golf-club complex on Kyiv\u2019s Obolon Embankment to establish a modern university campus, preserving its sports and recreational facilities and ensuring the grounds remain open to the community.<\/p>\n
The transaction is structured through the sale and purchase of shares in the company owning the golf-club buildings.<\/p>\n
