INTEGRITES has acted as a Ukrainian law counsel to Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I (Cohen Circle) in signing a business combination agreement with Ukraine\u2019s leading telecommunications company, JSC Kyivstar.<\/p>\n
After the completion of the business combination planned for Q3 2025, Kyivstar Group Ltd., the parent company of Kyivstar, will be listed on Nasdaq Stock Market in the United States under the ticker symbol KYIV.<\/p>\n
Acting in cooperation with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as lead counsel, INTEGRITES provided comprehensive advice on Ukrainian law matters, including corporate, contractual, finance and regulatory and other aspects.<\/p>\n
