Sayenko Kharenko has joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine\u2019s initiative by signing the Veteran-Friendly Business Principles, a document supporting veterans\u2019 integration into civilian life and the workplace.<\/p>\n
Oleksandr Nikolaichyk, partner at Sayenko Kharenko, represented the firm at the signing ceremony. The ceremony gathered leading companies operating in Ukraine, including Avrora Multimarket, Baker McKenzie, Bunge, Cargill, Carlsberg, Cisco, Citi, Horizon Capital, KPMG, McDonald\u2019s, Unilever, and Winner Group.<\/p>\n
The document was developed by Starlight Media in collaboration with Veteran Hub and Forbes Ukraine, with support from the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine. These principles outline 12 key actions designed to create inclusive workplaces for veterans and support their successful adaptation to civilian professional life.<\/p>\n
