Key areas of expert involvement included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Implementation of legislation on minimum stocks of oil and petroleum products<\/strong> \u2013 drafting the model ticket agreement as required by <strong>Law No. 3484-IX of 21 November 2023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparation of the Term of Reference \u201cDevelopment of Hydrogen Market in Ukraine\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 laying the foundation for long-term\u00a0collaboration between Ukraine and the EU in developing the\u00a0<strong>hydrogen energy and renewable gases sector<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amending legislation in the electricity market <\/strong>\u2013 contributing to legislative amendments for Ukraine\u2019s <strong>electricity market and renewable energy sector <\/strong>to ensure compliance with the <strong>EU acquis<\/strong>, particularly the provisions of the <strong>4th Energy Package<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Development of a system of gas safety regulation <\/strong>\u2013 providing expert recommendations to\u00a0<strong>enhance Ukraine\u2019s gas safety regulations <\/strong>in line with <strong>best EU practices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project was implemented throughout <strong>2024 <\/strong>under the coordination of the <strong>European Commission Delegation to Ukraine <\/strong>and the <strong>Ministry of Energy of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative marks another significant step in <strong>Ukraine\u2019s energy sector transformation. <\/strong>It reinforces <strong>Sayenko Kharenko\u2019s commitment to shaping key regulatory developments <\/strong>in Ukraine\u2019s transition to a more sustainable and EU-aligned energy market.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sayenko Kharenko is proud to announce that Natalia Hutarevych, Counsel, joined the Expert Team in the European Commission funded project \u201cInstitutional Support to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine\u201d implemented by the Greek consulting company PLANET S.A.
