For example, at OTP BANK, AI measures the \u2018happiness\u2019 level of a customer when they call the Information Center. AI already helps tailor individual offers to meet customer needs. Additionally, the bank uses AI as a code control tool in IT development. AI is here and now, and it\u2019s about the curiosity and drive of those who work with it\u2014essentially, each of us,\u201d<\/em> &#8211; he emphasized.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">At the same time, Mudryi noted that artificial intelligence currently has significant shortcomings. One of them is that different AI program versions can provide different answers to complex questions. <em>\u201cThe likelihood of AI responding with \u2018I don\u2019t know\u2019 is almost zero. It often fabricates answers, even creating fake links to back up its claims. Moreover, we need to understand the limits of where and how we can use AI, who regulates it, and who sets its tasks. Today, many moral controversies surround artificial intelligence,\u201d<\/em> &#8211; he highlighted.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">In his view, this only proves that AI and humanity have a long journey ahead toward quality and effective collaboration. <em>\u201cIn some parts of the world, AI has already become a virtual daily assistant. If AI can determine what should be in the fridge and where to spend the weekend, it can certainly suggest which bank to choose for services. Artificial intelligence is evolving and becoming an ecosystem\u2014broad, capable of improvement.
