On November 26, the EBA Dnipro Financ<\/span>e&<\/span>Tax Committee held its regular meeting with the the State Tax Service (STS) in the Dnipropetrovsk region, <\/span>with <\/span>the Acting Head of the Main Directorate of the STS, Nataliia Fedash<\/strong>, and the Committee <\/span>Head<\/span>, Leonid Karpov<\/strong><\/span>,<\/span> AC Crowe Ukraine. Experts discussed pressing issues for entrepreneurs:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • White Business Club<\/strong>: New tax rules for transparent businesses. Participants learned about selection criteria, data verification sources, and the process for joining this category of taxpayers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Tax audits during wartime<\/strong>: Practical advice, answers to frequently asked questions, and analysis of common errors in corporate income tax and VAT reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Special attention was given to Law of Ukraine No. 3813-IX of June 18, 2024<\/strong>, “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Regarding Specifics of Tax Administration During Martial Law for Taxpayers with High Levels of Voluntary Tax Compliance.”<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
