Telesens International, one of the first Ukrainian companies specializing in recruiting IT specialists for international clients, together with Telesens Academy, an educational center with 25 years of experience in training IT professionals, announces the launch of a new joint project with Danish companies. The goal of this collaboration is to prepare Ukrainian and Danish engineers to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine’s war-torn infrastructure and economy.<\/p>\n
Denmark, with its advanced knowledge and technologies in the field of engineering, has many companies eager to take part in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. However, the current shortage of engineers and their limited experience working in Ukrainian conditions may hinder this effort.<\/p>\n
The project aims to create bilateral teams that will work on current projects of Danish partners. At the initial stage, Ukrainian engineers, due to military restrictions, will work remotely, gaining valuable practical experience in collaboration with Danish companies and adhering to European standards. In the future, when circumstances allow, well-coordinated teams will continue working in Ukraine, combining Ukrainian potential and Danish technologies to restore the country.<\/p>\n
This project will not only help address the shortage of engineers in Denmark but also prepare specialists from both countries for joint efforts in the large-scale recovery of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
Project participants<\/strong><\/p>\n Telesens IT, with its experience in recruiting and sourcing specialists for international companies, and Telesens Academy, specializing in training engineers according to partners’ requirements, offer a comprehensive approach to personnel preparation \u2014 from recruitment to integration into work processes. These two structures plan to cooperate with both Danish companies and associations of engineering-intensive industries, which are currently interested in attracting Ukrainian specialists for their projects and in the future, working together on Ukraine\u2019s recovery.<\/p>\n Responding to new challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00abWe see a growing demand for engineering talent, especially in light of the upcoming recovery efforts in Ukraine,\u00bb<\/em> said Eduard Rubin, owner of Telesens.<\/strong> \u00abMany foreign companies are already opening new facilities, and after the war, the international community will help in the reconstruction of Ukraine. We need to be ready to offer specialists who meet Western standards.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n \u00abThe scale of the upcoming recovery is enormous. According to the European Investment Bank, over $1 trillion will be needed \u2014 five times the amount provided by the Marshall Plan after World War II. A portion of these funds will be provided by Western partners. Denmark already actively supports Ukraine, allocating significant funds for aid.
