According to him, installments almost by 90% are connected with digital direction. \u201cThis client’s experience is developed when the customer knows that they can use it whenever the need arises. Klymenko told, that OTP BANK suggests several types of installments, which are available in OTP Bank UA<\/a> app. \u201cClient has a choice. For example, one can chose goods in a shop or on a partner’s network website, and then purchase it on installment – this is \u201cSkybochka by partners\u201d. On the other hand, you can do the opposite \u2013 first buy something, and after receive your money back on a card at the expense of credit limit.
