In particular, it concerns the specification of the conditions and procedure for submitting to the supervisory authority by manufacturers of information on chemical and technical products for the production of which denatured ethyl alcohol is used (determination of the UKTZED code taking into account the chemical components of solvents (diluents), confirmed by the conclusion, exclusively by state laboratories and its scope), the maintenance of registers of tobacco producers and processors, approval of the rate of total losses and waste of fermented tobacco raw materials at the level of 5% of the total.<\/p>\n<p>According to the meeting participants, such discussions are necessary to understand the position of legal business and to develop and implement effective measures to prevent illegal trafficking of excisable goods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Representatives of the EBA Wine and Spirits Committee and the Tobacco Committee met with the supervision of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine to discuss countering the shadow market for excisable goods.
