The audit of financial statements for 2023 for the <\/span>Ukrainian Financial Housing Company<\/span><\/a><\/span> (hereinafter Ukrfinzhitlo, eOselia project) by the company BDO in Ukraine shows a high level of trust and recognition of the professionalism of both organizations. The \u201ceOselia\u201d affordable mortgage lending program in Ukraine has been operational since October 2022, opening wide opportunities for those, who dream of owning their own home. This initiative allows you to get a subsidized mortgage at 3% per annum for a period of up to 20 years with an initial payment of 20% of the cost of housing for servicemen-contractors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, employees of the security and defense sector, medical workers, teachers and scientists. \u201ceOselia\u201d is a company that is open and transparent in its activities. As of October 20, 2023, the volume of loans issued under the program reached UAH 6.026 billion for 4,176 families, of which 32% of apartments were purchased from developers, which indicates the success and importance of this initiative for many Ukrainians.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
