The leader of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market, Farmak, has released 22 new medicines during 2023. New medicines are intended for the relief of neurological symptoms, for sedation, the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, allergic conjunctivitis, fungal infections, glaucoma, sedatives, etc.<\/p>\n

Among the new products, the company introduced to the market a medicine designed to prevent heart failure. And, what is important, it costs three times less than foreign-made drugs available on the market in Ukraine, while not inferior to them in quality.<\/p>\n

Farmak continues to invest in the development, research and development of new medicines, despite the full-scale war. In 2023, the company\u2019s investments amounted to about UAH 1.5 billion. Of this, almost 600 million UAH was invested in R&D (note research and development).<\/p>\n

Farmak\u2019s product portfolio includes more than 400 types of medicines. These are endocrinological, gastroenterological, cardiological, neurological, gynecological, anti-cold and other medications. The company exports its own products to 60 countries, including 15 EU countries, Central and South America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia. At the end of 2024, Farmak plans to launch pharmaceutical production in Barcelona, Spain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
