Therefore, companies participating in the Index will be able to demonstrate their social responsibility and ESG strategies in the context of social indicators, attract public attention and talented employees to their<\/span> employer brand<\/span><\/a>, contribute to their corporate reputation, and understand the best practices that they should seek to implement,” says<\/span> Maryna Saprykina, CEO for CSR Ukraine<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Ukrainian companies can participate in the survey by <\/span>filling out a questionnaire<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n What the Best Family-Friendly Companies Index 2023 evaluates<\/b><\/p>\n Who is eligible to take part in the Best Family-Friendly Companies Index 2023?<\/b><\/p>\n Businesses operating on Ukrainian territory are eligible to participate in the index, with the following exceptions:<\/span><\/p>\n Companies taking part in the index have to provide information for 2022\u20132023 and accept responsibility for the reliability of the data. The organizers reserve the right to request documents or excerpts from documents that confirm the reliability of the data from the top 5 scoring companies in the following categories: Large Companies, Medium-sized Businesses, Small Businesses, Micro-enterprises, and TOP 3 companies from each industry.<\/span><\/p>\n The timing of the Best Family-Friendly Companies Index 2023<\/b><\/p>\n\n
