Hillmont Partners has advised a private shareholder on acquisition of a stake in a UK advanced sports and leisure management company.<\/p>\n

This was a new financing round for the London-based legal entity that will enable the company to consistently continue its growth to date and turn the scale-up into an innovative health training centre. Hillmont Partners\u2019 lawyers assisted the private shareholder with drafting the transactional documents and provided full legal support during the venture investment process.<\/p>\n
