The CMS team brings to you an important topic that has gained particular importance today &#8211; &#8220;Benefits and challenges in managing and interacting with employees of different generations. Which generation will develop Ukraine after the war?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Global statistics show that four or five generations working together is no longer a choice, but a fact of life.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>49% of baby boomers plan to work after retirement<\/li>\n<li>~30% of the workforce by 2025 will be zoomers, or Generation Z<\/li>\n<li>More than 70% of managers will be millennials (Generation Y) and Generation Z by 2030<\/li>\n<li>1 in 5 Generation X and 1 in 4 Generation Y employees lack confidence in their ability to take leadership positions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How can employers adapt their value propositions to generations with different values, needs and preferences? What is important for managers to know and understand in today&#8217;s world to manage productive teams with people of different ages? What myths and stereotypes about different generations do we need to get rid of?<\/p>\n<p>All these questions, the latest global research data and the Ukrainian market\u2019s best practices will be discussed on 24 October at 10 am Kyiv time during an online meeting on Zoom with <strong>Oksana Semeniuk<\/strong>, our long-standing partner in organisational transformation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Svitlana Konchanina<\/strong>, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Kyivstar, will be the guest of the event and will present the &#8220;Win-win employer programmes: breaking down stereotypes in the labour market and new sources of employee search&#8221;, with which the company has been working for many years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Olga Belyakova <\/strong>and <strong>Tetiana Bugasova <\/strong>will also share the working practices and recommendations that the company has successfully implemented and uses to work with different generations, as well as the challenges that arose at different stages of their implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We look forward to seeing you at our webinar.
