EBA Dnipro Financial & Tax Committee had meeting with Eastern Interregional directorate of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers, where were discussed the innovations of Law of Ukraine No. 3219-IX.<\/p>\n

Experts drew attention to key changes related to the simplified taxation system, corporate income tax, value added tax, accounting of accounts and electronic wallets, tax audits, the use of settlement transaction recorders, tax reporting, etc.<\/p>\n

In particular, it was emphasized that the latest legislative changes will not lead to pressure on business, as the STS uses a risk-oriented approach to planning inspections. Thus, only those payers who have a high risk of violating the law will be checked.<\/p>\n
