Progresstech Ukraine, a provider of intellectual services for the global market of aerospace technologies, launched new projects for the aviation industry and significantly intensified staff recruitment. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In the last three months, May-July 2023, the company added about 80 aviation engineers and programmers to its team. This exceeds the total number of recruits hired on engineering and IT positions during full calendar year since the start of the active phase of the war in February 2022. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Progresstech Ukraine intends to maintain a high pace of recruitment at least until the end of 2023: in August-December, the company plans to fill another 50-70 engineering and IT vacancies. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The company is actively recruiting due to the demand for a number of the its intellectual products for enterprises in the aerospace industry. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n At the same time, Progresstech Ukraine<\/span> deepened its participation in international programs to digitally transform civil aviation processes and initiated a number of its own promising projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In particular, Progresstech Ukraine\u2019s IT team has started developing software to identify and assess problems in the functioning of individual aircraft components, which will make it possible to prevent aviation incidents in a timely manner. The software solution will also help speed up the certification of new aircraft types, including the world\u2019s largest twin-engine passenger jet, which more than 300 customers have been waiting several years for.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In addition, Progresstech Ukraine specialists joined projects to develop a new generation cockpit and optimize international cargo air transport routes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Another group of developers is involved in creating software for accounting and forecasting the CO2<\/sup> emissions of the global fleet of commercial aircraft. In the engineering services segment, the largest number of orders are for designs and technological support to maintain aircraft airworthiness, modernizing avionics, and maintenance of on-board electronic systems. There is also still market demand for converting passenger planes into freighters, which appeared back in February 2020-2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
