The synergy of the above was realized during the EBA Odesa Stay-In-Touch: Spring Edition online networking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The highlight of this event was the performance of <strong>Natalia Yurganova<\/strong>, business psychologist, HRD of Savva Libkin Restaurants. Mrs. Natalya shared with the participants insights into the components of emotional competence, factors influencing emotional competence and gave advice on how to develop this skill.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, the ability to be aware of and acknowledge one&#8217;s own feelings, as well as the feelings of others, is necessary both for self-motivation and for managing one&#8217;s emotions within oneself and in relationships with others.
