Practice and No More Words\u201d <\/strong>to be held on 22 February 2023 at 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At present, the only company in Ukraine is known to have acquired the AEO status with our support in 2021. After that, in October 2022, Ukraine became the 36<sup>th<\/sup> country to have acceded to the NCTS Convention, which substantially has changed the approach to execution of customs formalities, thus, opening up business opportunities available in the EU countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, the Law 2510 (\u201cCustoms Visa-Free Arrangement\u201d) was adopted in August 2022 to streamline the procedure of acquiring the AEO status and to allow benefiting from certain simplifications (without acquiring the AEO status).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>We will discuss the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What should business acquire \u2013 authorisations for simplifications or the AEO status? What is the difference and specifics?<\/li>\n<li>Overview of key deal-breakers in acquiring the AEO status\/simplifications<\/li>\n<li>Advantages in numbers. What is the benefit?<\/li>\n<li>Self-assessment questionnaire.
