On December 14, 2021<\/strong>, an online-meeting of EBA Odesa Regional Coordination Council (RCC) with the participation of Committees\u2019, Working Groups\u2019 & HUBs<\/strong> Heads<\/strong> of the 2022 composition <\/strong>was held.<\/p>\n The head of the Office, Kateryna Morozova<\/strong>, summarized the EBA Odesa results in the wartime conditions at terms of the main areas of activity: membership and client service, advocacy, events and PR-visibility, because the Office coped with the set goals and fulfilled its tasks even during the war.<\/p>\n It is important for the Association to understand the actual needs of our companies in order to help cover them in the current conditions. Therefore, the participants exchanged their experience of interaction with EBA, discussed the main challenges\/expectations in the activities\/sectors of the companies and shared their activity plans for 2023.<\/p>\n Undoubtedly, the companies suffered substantial losses: both in personnel, and in resources and capacities. However, we can state that they pass all tests with dignity, including using the tools of the Association. So, according to the participants, businesses in the region are optimizing their staff, training new employees, developing and laying new routes, actively helping their customers, and generally doing everything possible to ensure that business activity is restored and continued despite the war, lack of communication and black outs.<\/p>\n On behalf of the Southern Ukrainian Office, we thank everyone who passed this stormy year 2022 side by side with EBA!
