Reactivity and routine day-to-day processes have earned NOC a somewhat unexciting reputation in a closely-knit telecom community where \u201cno news is good news\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But this doesn\u2019t fit reality anymore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For a modern telco &amp; connectivity services consumer, be it a person or an enterprise, the old reactive ways are just not good enough. To win the customers and <em>retain them<\/em>, telcos need to go that extra mile.
