\u201cArt-zavod Platforma\u201d \u0441luster (managed by City Capital Group and located in Kyiv) announced creation of \u201cPlatforma Business Hub\u201d<\/a><\/strong> – a comprehensive multifunctional space for creative business in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Today, \u201cPlatforma Business Hub\u201d involves three separate buildings with a total area of 28,000\u00a0sq.m., where craft food manufacturers, design studios of clothing, footwear and accessories, the Internet of Things, 3D\u00a0print, production and programming of industrial mechanisms, robotics and other creative economy representatives will be able to place a full production cycle or a separate complex production process within a single ecosystem: production, warehouse and logistics and a modern office.<\/p>\n

City Capital Group started \u201cPlatforma Business Hub\u201d in March, and already in May attracted the first residents. “We had the idea of developing a creative business center in Kyiv for a long time, and we took certain steps in this direction, but the war accelerated the implementation process,”<\/em> City Capital Group said. Total investment in the project at the moment is about $0.5 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlatforma Business Hub\u201d team provides relocation assistance to companies from all regions of Ukraine, free accounting and legal support to residents and is ready to attract additional funds for the development of promising projects.<\/p>\n
