On September 8<\/strong>, the business community of the European Business Association met with representatives of the STS in the Odesa region. Thus, on behalf of the department, Valerii Politylo<\/strong>, deputy head of the\u00a0 of the STS in the Odesa region, specialists of the specialized structural units of the STS Head Department in the Odesa region, as well as taxpayers \u2013 EBA member-companies, took part in the event. The meeting was moderated by Inna Hryshkovets<\/strong>, EBA Odesa Committee Manager, Natalia Artemchuk<\/strong>, the EBA Tax & Customs Committees manager, as well as Vitalii Smerdov<\/strong>, a partner of Tax practice Crowe Mikhailenko.<\/p>\n\t

Considering the wishes of the EBA representatives, the tax officials informed about some aspects of the amounts declared for VAT refunds, conducting chamber and documentary checks on confirmation of VAT refund amounts. And special attention was paid to the answers to the questions regarding the practical application of the provisions of the Procedure for confirming the possibility or impossibility of the taxpayer’s fulfillment of the obligations defined by subsection 69.1 of clause 69 of subsection 10 of chapter XX “Transitional provisions” of the Tax Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
