In business, as in life, it is difficult to overestimate the role of personal communication. It is during communication that new ideas are born and long-term partnerships are formed. And this, in particular, is facilitated by the activities of the European Business Association.<\/p>\n

On August 18, 2022<\/strong>, during the EBA Odesa Stay In Touch<\/strong> online networking event, we gathered in a warm and relaxed circle of representatives of EBA Odesa member-companies. Thus, RISOIL TERMINAL, Ukravtologistyka, MSC UKRAINE, FS GROUP \u2013 DEVELOPMENT, Delta Wilmar Ukraine, 4Press creative agency, FACTUM, Raiffeisen Bank, Ankor <\/strong>were present among the invited guests. The meeting facilitated new acquaintances and expansion of contacts, inter-industry dialogue, exchange of ideas and experiences of business management during the war, and also helped to form a powerful field of emotional support.<\/p>\n

In addition, the highlight of the event was the performance of Natalia Yurganova<\/strong>, a business psychologist and psychotherapist. Ms. Natalya spoke about the focus of business during the war, classic and crisis models of business management. The participants also received valuable advice on managing the recruitment system and employee retention, learned about areas of responsibility in teams, and were able to voice their main insights and skills that they have learned over the past six months.<\/p>\n
