Ukraine is represented by <strong>Valentyn Gvozdiy<\/strong>, Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, the Bar Council of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>By December 2023, the Committee is expected to elaborate a draft legal instrument aimed at strengthening the protection of the profession of lawyer as well as assuring the right to practice law without prejudice or restraint.
