The facade of the famous Premier Hotel Dnister in Lviv will be rebuilt by Premier Hotels and Resorts.<\/p>\n

The 4-star hotel was established in 1982 in the style of Soviet modernism, designed by architects Lyudmila Nivina, Anatoly Konsulov, and Yaroslav Mastilo.<\/p>\n

The nine-story building with 166 rooms is one of the three largest hotels in Lviv, located next to the Ivan Franko Park on Mateiko Street, 6.<\/p>\n

Last year, the Premier Hotels and Resorts together with the city council, announced an all-Ukrainian architectural competition for the best design version of the hotel facade reconstruction.<\/p>\n

According to the results, which were announced on February 15, the winner became architect Taras Sulyk. His project provides the maximum preservation of the unique modernist style of the building, combined with a stylish renovation. Within the renovation, the specific spiral entrance of the hotel will be restored and the pedestrian zone will be expanded.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur goal is to preserve the architectural style of the building and at the same time provide a hotel in the city center with a modern and contemporary look. We plan to start reconstruction work by the end of 2022,\u201d<\/em> said Vladimir Grinevich, chief architect of Premier Hotels and Resorts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Premier Hotel Dnister is part of Premier Hotels and Resorts, which has 16 hotels in 12 tourist destinations. The hotel is located in the historical center of Lviv on the street. Matejko, 6. The infrastructure of Premier Hotel Dnister includes 166 rooms of different types, 2 restaurants, 5 conference halls with an area of 724. Now the hotel is undergoing a phased reconstruction, which began with the construction of a new wellness center, and in April it is planned to open a new conference hall for 450 seats.<\/p>\n
