Prime Executions will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>arrange primary placements in the United States;<\/li>\n<li>service mergers and securities agreements;<\/li>\n<li>advise on mergers and acquisitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Timur Turlov, CEO of Freedom Holding Corp.:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is a great honor and responsibility for us to receive the right to act as direct organizers of primary placements in the United States from the American regulator.
