\"\"On February 1, 2022, Nataliia Gorbal<\/strong> joined the ARZINGER team as a partner. Nataliia will lead ARZINGER’s Private Clients and Family Law practice.<\/p>\n

Nataliia Gorbal boasts more than 23 years of experience as a legal professional. Her area of competence covers all aspects of protecting rights that arise in family and marital relations (judicial protection, alternative dispute resolution procedures, contractual settlement, preventive measures). She has authored marriage contracts and agreements on the legal status of property acquired by spouses in cohabitation without registration of marriage. Nataliia also provides legal support for adoption and surrogacy.<\/p>\n

Nataliia Gorbal participated in drafting amendments to the Family Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts on the protection of children’s rights and strengthening the responsibility for non-payment of alimony.<\/p>\n

Nataliia Gorbal is the author of the books “Season Must-have, or Guide to Family Life (Difficulties)” and “Season Must-have, or New look at Marriage Contract”, and founded the online school “PRO Marriage and Family”. She is a regular speaker at specialized forums and seminars, is the author of more than a hundred publications in the media as well as an expert on leading Ukrainian TV channels.<\/p>\n
