{"id":776738,"date":"2022-01-25T08:49:30","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T06:49:30","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2022-02-02T19:00:24","modified_gmt":"2022-02-02T17:00:24","slug":"planovym-podatkovym-perevirkam-2022-buty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/planovym-podatkovym-perevirkam-2022-buty\/","title":{"rendered":"Scheduled tax audits in 2022 to be!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Companies\u2019 representatives had the opportunity to talk to <strong>Olena Harasymiak<\/strong> &#8211; the Tax Audit Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv region Head within the meeting on January 25, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>It was stressed, among the others, on the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>planned documentary inspections of legal entities will be under the Cabinet of Ministers` Resolution No. 89 of February 3, 2021.<\/li>\n<li>to optimize the audit time a taxpayer has an opportunity to provide inspectors with access to reporting documents electronic versions in advance;<\/li>\n<li>in the case where the chief accountant fell ill the company has an opportunity to postpone the tax inspection by notifying the tax inspector in advance.<\/li>\n<li>legal entities have the right to appeal the supervisory authority decision;<\/li>\n<li>the execution of the documents to confirm business transactions, according to the group in which the business entity is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ms. Harasimiak appealed to taxpayers to duly prepare for inspections so that the planned tax visit passed calmly for the company and without stress for accounting and finance department employees.<\/p>\n<p>It was nice to hear from Olena Harasimyak that simple, transparent interaction with the tax authorities following current legislation is the key to speedy inspections.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the State Tax Service in the Lviv region for cooperation. We hope for its future continuation.
