LCF Law Group provided legal support of launch of the solar powerplant owned by SCATEC Solar Solutions Ukraine. The power plant with installed capacity of 148 MW is located in the Mykolaiv region.<\/p>\n
LCF Law Group has provided full legal support in the regulatory procedures required for the commercial operation of the project: licensing, designation of the \u2018feed-in\u2019 tariff, obtaining of the standing of a participant in the electricity market and PPA execution. Beside that LCF Law Group advised on construction, commissioning, and grid connection legal matters.<\/p>\n
